The ultimate goal for an investor is to make a profit.  Renovatio Desing-Build's goal is to help the investor maximize his return of investment. To achieve this goal, the investor depends on different professionals to have the knowledge, experience, but most importantly the investor is relaying on these professionals to understand that the ultimate goal is for the investor to make a big profit.  

Generally, the profession is mostly broken into separate areas.  The real estate agent, an architect, the general contractor, a loan officer, an accountant and an attorney. The problem is that there is a lack of communication among these professionals and since they work independently each is mostly worried about their own gain.

7 Steps in the Real Estate Investment Process by Renovatio Design-Build

2.| We conduct diligent market research & present this information to you along with several options that fit your goals & budget.

  • The optimal location of property where your investment can be maximized

  • How to best invest in the property to increase return on your investment (i.e., new construction, addition, or remodel)

3.| We locate the property for you & negotiate the best price & terms.

4.| We collaborate with you to develop a final construction concept & design.

  • We partner with the most talented team, including an architect who will create the drawings/blueprints and these plans are presented to the city for approval.

  • Our General Contractor will discuss with you several building options (e.g., luxury versus cost-effective materials & fixtures) that you can select & we will guide you so that you can adhere to your budget.

5.| We will develop a personalized, comprehensive marketing strategy to sell the project & we present this concept to you.​

6.| We begin the construction process right away.

  • We stay on top of plan & permit approvals, while making arrangements to begin construction as soon as the City allows us to begin. We don't sit around and let time pass. Your investment & satisfaction are our priority.

7.| We keep you continuously updated on your investment.

  • If you are not local, we will send you daily updates on the status of the project via photos, videos, & e-mail (or other communication method of your choice).

  • If you are local, we welcome you to visit the project as often as you like, but will will provide you updates on milestone on-site events. We will also send you daily project updates via photos, videos, & e-mail (or other communication method of your choice).
